अब कहीं से भी कैंसिल हो सकेगा आपका रेल टिकट, जानें नए नियम

रेल यात्रा टिकट कैंसिल कराने के लिए अब आपको रेलवे के काउंटर पर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। घर बैठे ही आप अपना टिकट अपने मोबाइल से कैंसिल करा सकते है। इसके लिए रेलवे पूछताछ नंबर 139 पर कॉल या एसएमएस करना होगा। इसके अलावा आप आईआरसीटीसी की वेबसाइट पर जाकर भी टिकट कैंसिल करा सकते है।ऑन लाइन टिकट कैंसिल कराने के लिए यूजर आईडी की आवश्यकता भी नहीं होगी। टिकट कैंसिल करवाने के बाद आप काउंटर पर जाकर निर्धारित समय के अंदर रिफंड राशि ले सकते हैं। हालांकि वेटिंग टिकट वालों को फिलहाल इस सुविधा का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा। यात्रा टिकट कंफर्म होना जरूरी है। शुक्रवार को इस सेवा की शुरुआत रेलमंत्री सुरेश प्रभु ने रेल भवन से की।
प्रभु ने इसके साथ ही विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए अमेरिकन एक्सप्रेस के डेबिट या क्रेडिट कार्ड से भी ई-टिकट आरक्षण लेने की सुविधा शुरू की। पॉयलट प्रोजेक्ट सफल रहने पर इस तरह की सुविधा अन्य कार्ड पर भी दी जाएगी।

पैसा रिफंड का नियम

पैसा रिफंड का नियम ट्रेन के रवाना होने से चार घंटे पहले ही ऑनलाइन कैंसिलेशन व 139 के जरिए टिकट कैंसिल होगा। कैंसिल कराए गए टिकट का रिफंड वहीं मिलेगा जहां से यात्रा प्रारंभ होती है। जोनल रेलवे द्वारा निर्धारित किए गए निकटवर्ती सेटेलाइट सेंटर पर भी यह हो सकेगा। जिन ट्रनों के खुलने का समय शाम 6 बजकर एक मिनट से सुबह 6 बजे तक है उनके कैंसिल टिकट के लिए रिफंड का दावा दूसरे दिन पीआरएस काउंटरों के खुलने के पहले दो घंटे के भीतर करना होगा।यानी सुबह 10 बजे के पहले। जिन ट्रेनों के खुलने का समय सुबह 6 बजकर 1 मिनट से लेकर शाम 6 बजे के बीच है उनके लिए रिफंड का दावा रिफंड के लिए ट्रेन खुलने के चार घंटे के भीतर उन पीआरएस काउंटरों के कार्यकारी घंटों के दौरान कराना होगा जिन पर हर समय कैंसिलेशन किए जाते हैं। यानी करंट काउंटर पर रिफंड मिलेगा। यह सुविधा उन्हीं को मिलेगी जिन्होंने अपना मोबाइल नंबर टिकट बुकिंग के समय फार्म पर दिया होगा। 

139 पर एसएमएस कर कैंसिल करवाएं आप रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर से कैपिटल लेटर में कैंसिल लिखें, स्पेस देकर पीएनआर नंबर और फिर स्पेस देकर ट्रेन नंबर लिखें और 139 पर एसएमएस कर दें। आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर ओपीटी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) आएगा। ओपीटी स्पेस ओपीटी नम्बर लिखकर 139 पर एसएमएस कर दें। फिर आपके मोबाइल पर एसएमएस आएगा कि आपका टिकट कैंसिल हो चुका है। इसके बाद निर्धारित समय के भीतर आप काउंटर से रिफंड ले सकते हैं।

आईआरसीटीसी के वेबसाइट से कैसे होगा कैंसिल आपको आईआरसीटीसी की वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा। वहां आपको यूजर आईडी की जरूरत नहीं। साईट खोलते ही काउंटर टिकट कैंसिल करवाने का विकल्प दिखेगा। उस पर क्लिक करते ही, वह पेज खुल जाएगा। यहां आप पीएनआर, ट्रेन नंबर और कैप्चा लिखकर सब्मिट करना होगा। इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल पर ओपीटी नबंर आएगा। इसे डालते ही आपका टिकट कैंसिल हो जाएगा और आप टिकट काउंटर पर जाकर रिफंड ले सकते हैं।

ट्रेन खुलने से चार घंटे पहले ही करवा सकते हैं कैंसिल इस सुविधा का लाभ यात्री ट्रेन खुलने के चार घंटे पहले तक ही उठा सकेंगे। इसके बाद टिकट कैंसिल करवाने पर रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा। इस सुविधा की शुरुआत से समय की बचत होगी। जैसे कि चार्ट बनने से थोड़ी देर पहले आपका जाने का प्रोग्राम बदलता है लेकिन आप इतने कम समय में काउंटर पर नहीं पहुंच सकते हैं तो इस सुविधा से आप टिकट कैंसिल करवा कर निर्धारित समय के अंदर रिफंड ले सकते हैं। हालांकि वेटिंग टिकट वालों को इस सुविधा से लाभ नहीं मिलने से उनकी परेशानी बनी रहेगी।
