An exhibition of paintings, Abhisarika: A famous Mumbai-based artist, Parul Shah, will display her recent thematic work in oil on paper/canvas in Nehru Centre Gallery. It highlights the purity and ecstasy of divine love prevalent in “Abhisarika” for her beloved in the relevant perspectives of her emotional extravaganza of sentiments.

Artist Pranav Shah will unveil his unique 'Space' paintings at Cymroza Art Gallery. Attend a free beginners’ session of Three Step Rhythmic Breathing (3SRB), an ancient system of breathing which comes from the Yogasutra of Sage Patanjali. This technique was hidden within the guru-shishya parampara for centuries until the 1980s, when it began to be taught in public by Shri SN Tavaria. The session will be an introduction to this ancient system of self-realisation and will include the teaching of the six refining exercises. The session is free and requires no prior registration.
