Attend a free beginners’ session of Three Step Rhythmic Breathing (3SRB), an ancient system of breathing which comes from the Yogasutra of Sage Patanjali. This technique was hidden within the guru-shishya parampara for centuries until the 1980s, when it began to be taught in public by Shri SN Tavaria. The session will be an introduction to this ancient system of self-realisation and will include the teaching of the six refining exercises. The session is free and requires no registration.
